How do I return or exchange an item?
To initiate a return, please submit a request for a Return Authorization (RA) through your SSENSE account. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Care team to assist you with the return process. SSENSE adheres to a strict no-paper policy, so as to reduce waste. This is why shipments do not include a return slip inside the box. SSENSE does not process direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience. Returns are subject to our Return Policy. Guest orders: If you've placed your order as a Guest, create an account using the same email address you checked out with. You can also use our online self-service tool to request a return, or contact Customer Care for assistance.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Bozhé delivers via "Nova Poshta" to branches, post machines, or by courier. The delivery time in Ukraine is 1-3 days after payment of the order on the website. For pre-orders, the waiting period can be 7-14 working days. The delivery cost is calculated according to "Nova Poshta" tariffs. When will I receive my order?
It is important to us that our customers are satisfied with the jewelry they receive. For exchanges, jewelry will only be accepted in its original packaging and in its original condition within 14 days of receiving the order, pending payment confirmation. *Terms of exchange:* - *If the jewelry does not fit in size, our managers will be able to advise you on choosing the right size.* - *If the jewelry you want to exchange for has a higher value, you can pay the price difference.* - *If the new piece is of lower value, the remaining amount will be kept in your Bozhé deposit for future purchases until the end of the current calendar year.* To request a jewelry exchange, please contact our managers at [bozhejewelry@gmail.com](mailto:bozhejewelry@gmail.com) or on Instagram @bozhejewelry. The buyer is responsible for paying for the delivery of products for exchange. Bozhé reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the product's exchange conditions are violated.
What is the waranty
Bozhé jewelry is designed and made by hand, therefore, it requires periodic maintenance. We provide a warranty certificate that includes professional jewelry cleaning and polishing at no cost; repair service for damages and correction of manufacturing defects. The warranty period varies by material and is specified in your individual certificate.
